Catching up

HAHA so I haven't been on here in over a year and half.  I can't even keep up with a real journal, so this will be an adventure trying to get this blog updated. 

Hiram is just growing and growing.  He is three months old now and just got weighed at 12 lbs 10 oz.  He is so fun to be around and is really starting to laugh a lot.  He just figured out that he can move his tongue, so now it is never in his mouth.  Our little family has one month left here in VA before we head back to school.  We are excited to only have one more year left at BYU even though it will be a challenge with a little baby.  He is so wonderful to with, so I'm sure it will not be as hard as I think.  Fortunately we will have lots of babysitters out there between cousins, friends, and siblings. 

Hiram is growing quickly and becoming much more active.  He loves watching our faces and mimics our mouth movements.  He tries so hard to communicate and is discovering how loud he can make his voice.  He has a gorgeous smile and a cute giggle.   He smiles in response to our smiles and voices not only when he has gas (don't belief anyone who tells you they only smile after they have filled their diaper!)  He is a wonderful boy and has been good to us.  We love him so much and cannot express how amazing it is to be parents.
